I thank you for your comment, thats why this is here. I tottaly agree with what you said, but that was not what I said. I said that Chris Paul is no longer playing like the MVP of the league. I agree that he is playing like a MVP, but can you honestly say that he is taking his team farther than Gasol, or T-Mac? Thats what i'm saying.

Chris Paul is no longer playing like an MVP? What are you basing that on? He has been carrying the Hornets. Lately they have lost some games to some very good time like the Spurs and Rockets, but that has nothing to do with his play. In his last seven games Paul is averaging 25.3 points, 13.1 assists, 3 steals, while shooting 53%. I'd say that is pretty damn good. Without him the Hornets would be lost.

A Shaun Rogers trade would be good for both parties because, Shaun Rogers is a big name player, which means we can get a good trade for him. Shaun Rogers has been on the Lions since the start of his career, he did not perform last season and it is only going to get worse, because he doesn't have a winning mentality. Its not his fault, but we can get someone from a team that has had some success, and he would play well with us because he knows whats it's like to win a game or two. I love Rogers but a move for him sounds like a good idea. You are exactly right when it comes to the offensive line. that is our biggest problem.

Son,
How can you say it would be good for both parties for Big Baby to leave the Lions. A premier Player on a defense that already needsall the help they can get? A trade for Roy? Maybe I can buy that. We are not in need of recievers, we need offensive linemen that can protect the pass.

You are quite correct. they are no longer allowed to blitz and also there is no more intentional grounding called, because they don't want QB's to get injured. Which means that there really isn't a point to play the game. Either make it a game or don't.

I'm not a Giants fan either, but it was nice seeing Tom Brady and the Pats get that close, and have it all taken away like that. New England got owned!

I totally agree. The Pro Bowl is meaningless these days. I even heard they're not allowed to blitz in the Pro Bowl.

And as a 9er fan, it was a trip seeing Garcia throw one to Owens. I can't help but slightly feel that Garcia wanted to throw it at Owens more than throwing it to him...

OK guys, post season is over, it's time to remember your wife or girlfriend. Maybe you better make up for ignoring her for most of January. How about a Valentines gift from 1-800-Flowers.com (http://www.1800flowers.com)

lakers is really hot right now.. but they will be playing without andrew bynum for at least 2 months so we'll see how everything goes for them..
grant hill will be out of the suns roster for 2-3 weeks and this might have a slight negative impact on their standings..
